Pastor Scott is a graduate of Willamette University and Western Evangelical Seminary. His many years in the ministry are marked by deep personal devotion to God that bears fruit in his personal life as well as his service to the church. He is committed to serving people through relationship as well as challenging and relevant Biblical teaching.
Pastor Josh began his ministry education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Christian Leadership from Northwest University, and then obtained his Master of Ministry degree from Pacific Evangelical School of ministry. He is an avid reader and learner. His ministry passions are for equipping believers, church unity and bringing the gospel and Jesus's presence into the community.
As director of the worship ministry, Brian shares his experience and excellence in music and worship leading with our church. He leads a great team of musicians and technicians, which includes his wife Becky, and together they provide a consistently rich musical worship experience for our services. Brian also heads up our growing youth ministry. As a father of young teens himself, he has a great rapport with the students, and brings relevant Biblical topics to the group, along with meaningful discussions, and tons of fun.

Sarah has served Valley View for years, starting as a children's ministry volunteer while raising her kids. As Director, she brings joy, creativity, and a deep love for Jesus to her work with children and their families. Drawing on her homeschool teaching background, she leads a team of dedicated volunteers to create a supportive environment where biblical truths reach young hearts, families are supported, and the love of Jesus is shared.
While Don's vast biblical knowledge and life experience are a blessing to our entire staff and congregation, his staff position is overseeing our missions department. He also watches over and ministers to our senior citizens. He is a true shepherd at heart, as well as a top level Bible teacher.
Because of Cindy's many years serving in many ways at Valley View, she is very much an integral part of the life of our church. Her skill as a bookkeeper, and her gifts of wisdom and stability are vital to keeping our ministries and our offices functioning at their best.
Kathy handles many of the small details of the office, manages the website, publications, and building rentals. She loves to support the church through the work she does. but her favorite part of her job is the people she gets to interact with.
